TipsIf using alginate, pour the impression immediately.


If the bite block does not fit, take a wash impression.
Trim bite block if needed, cover entire occlusal of bite block with bite material and guide the patient to close into centric.
If the bite is off, take a new full arch bite with the denture seated. Check for “F” sounds and “S” sounds.Counsel patients to avoid cleaners containing peroxide or bleach.
