Nautilus FullContour Zirconia Restorations:

New-Nautilus-Edited1

Our most popular restorations, Nautilus Full-Contour crowns and bridges are available exclusively from DPS.  Designed and milled in our laboratory, Nautilus Full-Contour crowns and bridges are solid zirconia with no porcelain overlay.

Like all zirconia restorations, our Nautilus restorations offer you superior strength. But, with its enhanced anatomy and availability in Classic or 3D shades, our Nautilus Full-Contour offers you a more esthetic all-zirconia option.

In recent tests conducted through TEREC in cooperation with Ivoclar Vivadent, our Nautilus zirconia exhibited the highest strength in the high translucency zirconia category. Nautilus zirconia tested 18 percent stronger and 7 percent more translucent than the most popular zirconia restoration on the market.

  • Increased Strength – With flexural strength up to 1400 MPa, Nautilus Full Contour is one of the strongest restorations available.
  • Enhanced Anatomy – Nautilus Full Contour is designed using enhanced primary and secondary anatomy, giving you a natural appearance.
  • More Translucent Zirconia – Compared to standard zirconia, 25-30% more light passes through Nautilus Full Contour, creating a more esthetic restoration.
  • More Shading Options – Nautilus Full Contour can be shaded to match your patient’s natural tooth color using both Vita Classic and 3D shades.
  • Biocompatible – No allergic reactions or tissue irritation.
  • Cementable – Use your favorite cementation material and protocol.
