Once the customize treatment plan is created, a link with the approval will be emailed to you. Click on the link to go to the Smile Shapers Portal. There you can download a PDF of the treatment plan, a GIF of the treatment plan, and an approval form. You can also make notes for the lab on the treatment plan and approve or reject the plan.
