Account Manager – 

Dental Prosthetic Services is a leading provider of lab services to dentists, offering crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, orthodontic and sleep appliances.  Our employees value the opportunity to improve patients’ quality of life by improving their appearance and health.  We take great pride in crafting restorations for patients in Iowa, and across the United States.

We are seeking an Account Manager who will develop new business and serve as the principal business contact for new and existing accounts in Northern Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin and Southern Minnesota.  Other key responsibilities include:

  • Identify, generate, and develop prospects
  • Build strong relationships with key dental professionals in assigned region
  • Maintain comprehensive product and industry knowledge
  • Effectively resolve customer issues
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Assists in building and implementing sales plan and completing weekly sales reports
  • Positively represent DPS by attending various functions
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding techniques, insurances codes, etc.

Successful candidate will have previous experience in a dental office, or in the absence of dental experience, a Degree in Business or related field.  1-3 years dental office, sales, customer service, and/or client management experience required.  Must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills.  This is a newer territory with future opportunity for growth.

Travel within the territory will be required. Employee can be based out of any of the following cities:  Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Mason City or Rochester.
