7/31/18 – 9:23pm – Today was an exciting day! We signed a lease on our temporary lab. It’s only a couple miles from our current space. We will start moving in tomorrow and hope to have limited operations up by Friday.
Customer Care continues to call our customers with cases in the lab to review next steps. We still only have 1 phone line, so it may take time to get through to us. We appreciate your patience.

7/30/18 – 11:20pm – Our focus is on getting back to serving our customers. We are working on moving into a temporary lab space and plan to have operations running by the end of this week. Our Customer Care Team will be in contact with the offices who have cases in the lab to review next steps with each case.
While our phone lines and emails are operational, you may experience longer wait times as we work to reach out to all of our customers.
Our drivers will continue to make their regular stops. Please know that in the interim, we will be unable to meet our regular turnaround times and are unable to process overnight repairs and relines. We will evaluate the cases as they come in and will contact you with return dates.
7/30/18- 8:57am – We have a phone line back up – 319-393-1990. We only have 1 line, so it may take time to get through to us. Our data is in tact – however, we are working to get laptops connected to access our system. Also, we are sorting through the work in the lab to get a better look at what we have and when we will be able get things out to you. We will be in contact as soon as we have more information on your cases. Thank you for your patience.
7/29/18 – 8:36pm – Our email is back up. If you need to contact the lab, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be sending out an email to all our customers tomorrow morning with further updates.
7/29/18 – 1:30pm – This weekend, a fire broke out in the lab. No one was injured, but the lab sustained significant damage. We appreciate all of you who have reached out to offer support. We plan to have the operations up and running later this week. Cases that were scheduled for delivery on Monday will be delivered on schedule by our drivers..
